Wealthy Affiliate has 2 levels of membership: Free and Premium. It’s explained in the review. You should join as a free member so you could see what’s inside and decide if you like it. You can remain a free member for as long as you want, however you won’t get access to all levels of training and private support will only be available for 1 week. However, you can build 2 sites and work on them for as long as you want, for free.
I have just started WA and to anybody who is considering this, it has ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING that you need to succeed in affiliate marketing, but it comes with a catch….there is a ton you have to learn. 50 lessons in all. Think of this as going to school to learn a trade. From what I hear on the WA chat, you might make a full time living at it in one, two years or never. The advantage is that it’s a dirt cheap career. But no short cuts here. You gotta work at it, part time, full time, off and on like a lot of people, but everything you need is there. It’s all up to you. The only limitation, the only unknown factor IS YOU.
I don't like Facebook groups because Facebook loves to shove ads in your face and distract you. I've gotten on Facebook many time to engage with an entrepreneur community only to get distracted by my news feed or ads. Wealthy Affiliate really got rid of the distractions by building the community into the platform. No ads, no dramatic statuses. Just pure business. I really like that.
I wouldn’t recommend borrowing articles from elsewhere as you could get into some serious legal trouble if the author finds out about it. Google will also punish you for having duplicate content on your site and won’t give you any rankings. I’m glad to hear that you may be Joining WA in a week and please feel free to ask as many questions as you need to before you join.
Here is my question: “What do you know about ‘Jim Cockrum’s Coaching Course?’ I was debating, if it does not cost me “an arm and a leg” to join the course but then I start reading a few negative reports/reviews on “Ripoff Report” (old ones ) which made me slightly uneasy! Also, I noticed that apparently Jim and/or the “Coaching Office” is located in Utah! This makes me kind of uneasy also, because many Internet operators, companies , etc., are located in Utah! I happened to deal with a few of them and they all left me with a bad taste in my mouth and/or ‘burned’, so to speak!.
Though there are no phone number to call for support. I have always gotten a response from WA webhost support team within an hour. I think it is about preference when it comes to web hosting. Some might find WA host reliable while others would host their websites some where else. Wealthy Affiliate is more of an education program and community for me. Even if I do not host with WA, I will still continue to be a premium member because I see the value in it.
Always fill out the comment box to “sell” your platform. If you are given the opportunity to explain why you are interested in a program, do it! Use the space to highlight why you would be an asset to the program. Talk about how your audience is their audience. Talk about the size of your mailing list (if it’s significant). Talk about your success with similar programs. Talk about where and how you will promote (hopefully you’ve done a bit of research so you know what they’re hoping for). Don’t sound desperate and certainly don’t lie about anything, but be upfront and honest about how this will be a win for them.
Affilorama – While I promoted Affilorama in the past, I no longer do for many reasons. It has simply become too outdated. Affilorama also lacks in some of the training. Instead, they focus on helping you get started quickly by designing a site for you and seeding it with content. Some of the optional training courses they sell are quite expensive and compares to an entire annual membership at Wealthy Affiliate, so that’s why I no longer promote them. Again, they are worth checking out, but I think Wealthy Affiliate is a much better buy.
The biggest reason I love recommending Wealthy Affiliate to new affiliate marketers is because it literally provides EVERYTHING you will ever need. You don’t need to buy a domain name in one place then get hosting in another place while you sign up for training at yet another place. Everything you need is in one spot, for one consistent monthly cost. Plus, they don’t just provide the tools, but they give step-by-step training instructions on how to use all the tools properly. If you still don’t understand something, just ask the community or go into live chat, and you could get an answer in literally seconds.
Wealthy Affiliate saves my life and I can tell you I have been with them for 6 months and already generating income. Yes they say it does take time to work it but you have to make it work as well. Even those like myself never knew how to build a website I manage to make sells already and that's not just selling WA information, but other products I created as my own niche. The negative impacts or comments some.of you have shared about Wealthy Affiliates are wrong. You just dont give the time nor the effort to accomplish the training and materials provided. And as far as assistance online with WA, I got beyond the assistance needed. Wealthy Affiliate I referred over 80 people and they ALL love it!! So with that being said I have no issues with WA. Stop making it seem like they are SCAMMING you out of your money....
I heard so many good things with Wealthy Affiliate and am a current member, although I’ve been going through some of the videos and asking help from mentors, it’s better to have another helping hand and I’m glad I come across to you. Can you tell me more about how I can be more successful with WA? Oh, btw, I already got so far as making my own website although I just went along with the WA niche but I still need more help with how to make my contents more understandable and friendly browsing. Thank you for your help.
Warrior Forum WSO’s – This is the only option on the list I will actually tell you to stay away from. Warrior Forum WSO’s are almost always a rip-off and no amount of them will adequately teach you how to truly build a real online business. This forum community is owned by Freelancer.com and they will allow just about anyone to sell just about anything. The majority of them are very cheap, but once you give them your email address, get ready to be spammed. They also almost always include “upsells” where the initial product may only cost a few bucks, but all the other products they sell you within the first product costs substantially more. I could write all day about why you should never purchase a Warrior Forum WSO, but if you want to learn more, you can read my article about Warrior Forum WSO’s here.
People fail at internet marketing everyday due to the fact that it requires lots of time and hard work. Most people out there searching for ways to make money online is looking for a get rich quick scheme and they genuinely aren’t looking for an opportunity to start a business online. it’s a proven fact that about 90% of people who come into this business will fail because they lack the motivation and the drive that’s needed to be successful in this business.
Basically, anyone who is looking to make money fast should stay away from Wealthy Affiliate. There are plenty of “make money fast” e-books and courses out there, and they are all a scam (trust me). While Wealthy Affiliate is legit, they will absolutely never claim that they teach you how to make money fast. Building a legitimate online business takes time.
Your success depends on multiple variables James, like how much knowledge or have (or don’t have currently), how much work you put into developing your business, how consistent you are, how long it takes for you to learn the process and how you put the process to work. Some folks can start earning money in as little as a few weeks, some months and others several months. It really just depends on the individual and how motivated and committed they are.
