Ok so I’ll bite. Tell me why someome that searches for any kind of product wouldn’t just go to the direct supplier rather than filtering through a long winded site to eventually click on an affiate link? If one happens to fall upon someones website as result of a search word only to discover an implanted link takes them to the actual seller, what keeps them from exiting their website and then going directly to the actual seller’s site, such as Amazon for one? I do this all the time.
Hello! So this may have already been answered/asked and I missed it. If so, sorry! Do you have to purchase the products you are selling before the demand is there? For example, I start my website and all for sports gear. I have no product or customers yet. In order to get started, I have to buy 200+ items of sportswear to stock and supply my web business and then try to sell those items.

Hey Scott! Thanks for posting such great reviews and replying to everyone’s comments. I’m interested in joining, but I’m a little skeptical about devoting months if my time before earning anything. I understand it takes time to build any career. I mean, I’m going into my 3rd year of schooling for a career that isn’t mine yet! Lol. So my questions…What is the method for payment? Do you only get paid for each time someone clicks on a link to what or promoting or do you get paid for each click and each purchase of that item? Also, how about if I chose a product such as Avon or PartyLite? You know, products that are sold by individuals rather than through a website? I mean, they still have websites, I’m just not sure how that would work with WA. Thanks in advance for any answers you can provide!
The seller, whether a solo entrepreneur or large enterprise, is a vendor, merchant, product creator, or retailer with a product to market. The product can be a physical object, like household goods, or a service, like makeup tutorials. Also known as the brand, the seller does not need to be actively involved in the marketing, but they may also be the advertiser and profit from the revenue sharing associated with affiliate marketing.
Nathaniell, Tasena here from WA!! Quick question. I dont have the $$ at the moment to renew my premium subscription can I seriously not revert back to the free account for now so I can continue my training? I am very disappointed in the lack of support when you are on the no paying side after being a premium member. It’s like you’re completely cut off. There isn’t even a way to ask a question or get help for my type of question without having to pay $49.00. Please let me know. I’d hate to lose all my work over $49.00. Thanks,
I really like this article and I want to join but I have a question . If I don’t see value after the 7-days-free-trial , and I decide to leave what happens with my website ? Will it be closed ? You said we can keep the website but who pays for the hosting and domain ? Do I have to pay for the domain first even if I just want to try the 7-days-trial? I am sorry if the question is dumb , but I really want to get sure first , since there are so many affiliate programs with hidden expenses =(

This was, by far, the most detailed and thorough review of Wealthy Affiliate I have ever read. Personally, I have been with Wealthy Affiliate for more than two years. I spent nearly six months loitering on the free starter membership before jumping into premium and then, of course, on to yearly premium. In hindsight, I wish I had jumped in much sooner.

I have revealed a profitable niche website ones that was promoting motorcycle accessories and parts. Guess what happened? 15 very similar websites popped up within a few months. Unfortunately many people would rather copy your niche, your content ideas, your keywords rather than do the proper research and find their own. Folks want shortcuts to success, people expect to make a bunch of money within a day-week-month which simply isn’t going to happen. Did these websites “stole my business”? No but they definitely put a dent in it. This is why I am now very protective of my niche websites. I just launched yet another niche websites (music industry) and believe me I won’t be bragging about it openly as I spent hundreds of hours coming up with article ideas and finding amazing keywords for it. However, if you look hard enough you’ll find several members who reveal their niches and their income as well.
Hello, I’m very interested in getting into the Dot.com world not to get Rich but hopefully to try and make a little supplemental income. I honestly don’t have a ton of money to spend and I’m pretty new to all of this. I was gonna do the Mobe thing but did my research and OH MY GOSH!!! they are asking for a lot of money for no guarantee return.. I understand nothing is guarante’d but for that system it’s not for people who live week to week like me…. I came across Wa on a review stating it was fairly inexpensive with a monthly membership charge.
This course will teach you how making money online works, how to do keyword research, and walk you through building your first website. There are 10 video lessons in this module. At the end of each lesson, you will be given several tasks to complete. These tasks are important. They're the step-by-step blueprint for building a successful affiliate site.
Since you live in India, you aren’t going to see a “Create your Free Account” link to be active but instead you should see something that says starter accounts aren’t available in your country, but we would love to have you as a premium member. Another thing that you could try is to change your country to one where the starter memberships are available. I’m not sure if this will work or not, but it’s definitely worth a try at this point.
You can do this all 100% from the comfort of your home or in your case the farm. The WA website is a training center that teaches you Internet marketing and I like to think of it more like a online college. They teach you how to market a variety of products and services online and you can even learn how to create and market your own products and have other people sell them for you. The training walks you through how to do all of this and you are provided with all the necessary tools needed to get up and running including 2 free websites when you join.
Needless to say, I was blown away pretty quickly. Even by signing up for their free membership option, it was very apparent that Wealthy Affiliate does things differently. The community, recorded training, live ongoing weekly training sessions, live chat and support options, and business-like approach for beginners to pros alike really blew my mind.
When I was a beginner and decided to join Wealthy Affiliate as a free member, one thing was evident right away. Wealthy Affiliate was designed with the beginner in mind. The one thing that I haven't talked about yet is time. If you can carve out 1-2 hours a night, you'll be on track to making a living. If you can't make time for the course, you shouldn't join the premium membership.
Also pyramid schemes require you to pay in order to be able to recruit. Wealthy Affiliate welcomes you with a completely free membership. This is done for the transparency reasons. You join for free and you decide if the quality of training and the level of support is good for you. You can stay on as a free member and build your own sites. You can move to Premium as well which will offer more support and more training but no one forces you to do it. Once again, you try it for free and decide if it’s worth it for you.
I used wealthy affiliate for 3 months and it was confusing. It is more of a social club. The training was vague as they wanted you to go to their forum and ask the members for answers. The forum would not answer my questions most of the time or I couldn't find the answer on their website. I had a disappointing experience with their support and they were very rude and would not help and they should have. I am sure they are overwhelmed with questions and don't have the time or just don't have the disposition for customer service. Anyway, it was a complete waste of my time. I have since joined another affiliate marketing education site and it has been a wonderful and enlightening experience and their support is fast to respond, have a friendly disposition and answer my questions thoroughly. So, in summary their are a lot better alternatives out there besides wealthy affiliate.
As for where to place a disclosure, the guiding principle is that it has to be clear and conspicuous. The closer it is to your recommendation, the better. Putting disclosures in obscure places – for example, buried on an ABOUT US or GENERAL INFO page, behind a poorly labeled hyperlink or in a “terms of service” agreement – isn’t good enough. Neither is placing it below your review or below the link to the online retailer so readers would have to keep scrolling after they finish reading. Consumers should be able to notice the disclosure easily. They shouldn’t have to hunt for it.
…But doesn’t being an affiliate for Wealthy Affiliate make me just another one of those affiliate marketers who is being biased and just trying to make a buck off of you? Well, ummmm…. Sort of! But at least I’m honest about it, right? I hope you give me a chance by continuing to read this Wealthy Affiliate review. I have no intention of making this one big sales pitch. I just want to provide you with the information and allow you to make your own decision. If I get a commission, great! If not, that’s ok too. Here’s a screenshot of my Wealthy Affiliate profile.
